This website is operated by Eagle Valley Motors under its Eagle Approved financing brand ("we," "us"). By using it, you agree to these terms. If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms here with a new "last updated" date; your continued use of the site means you accept the current version. This website is intended for users who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

Financing & credit applications

Submitting an application through this site is a request for financing, not a guarantee of approval. Submitting an application does not create a financing agreement and does not obligate Eagle Approved, Eagle Valley Motors, or any lender to extend credit. All financing is on approved credit and subject to review and applicable law. By submitting an application you certify that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and if you include co-buyer information you confirm the co-buyer has authorized you to provide it. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Vehicle sourcing & sales

Eagle Approved arranges financing first and then works to locate a suitable vehicle — from Eagle Valley Motors' inventory or from other sources. Information on this website is provided for informational purposes and is not a binding offer to sell any vehicle or to provide financing. Vehicle availability, pricing, and sourcing timelines are not guaranteed; a specific vehicle can only be committed to in writing. All vehicle sales are completed by Eagle Valley Motors, and the final terms of any sale are those in the written purchase agreement you sign, not this website. Advertised or discussed prices exclude sales tax, title, license and registration fees, government and regulatory fees, emission testing charges, dealer document preparation charges, and finance charges. We reserve the right to correct any error at any time without prior notice. If you believe information is inaccurate, please contact us so we can review and correct it.

Trade-in submissions

Any figure discussed based on information you submit online is an estimate. Actual offers are made after we inspect the vehicle and verify title, payoff, and condition.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS) from Eagle Approved / Eagle Valley Motors at the number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
